Ectomorph & Hardgainer

At 6ft 4in and 187lbs do you think that I can ever become 220lbs of muscle ???

Today I have been reading a lot of ectomorphs articles and honestly it is pretty depressing and kinda seems that I will always be tall and thin......................

bit of a crystal ball question TBH

obviously diet, training and rest will play a large factor

eat big, eat hard, train hard, rest even harder and see where it takes you

i dont like the word hardgainer, IMO its a bit of a kop out

if you eat enough you will grow, yes you may increase BF% but you will grow

i eat like a horse and have managed over 45lbs in one year, yes some fat but some muscle

You'll probably be better with smaller goals to start off with.Gaining 30 odd pounds of muscle to somebody who finds gaining weight difficult sounds like a tall order.Make your goal to break the 200lb mark and once you've got there, shoot for 210.Stick to the basics and eat like its going out of fashion.

You will be able to get there if u want to. It's all about what u put into it. Read as much as possible about diet, training, etc.
