RE: Effect of t3
I wouldn't bother running 25mcg for 2 weeks bro. Just diet naturally or with Clen. imo it's not vital that you lose the last couple of pounds anyway if you're going on a major bulk.
This is Wrongun's cutting 8 weeker:
Once you take more than the endogeneously produced amount of T3(Thyroxine) TSH levels PLUMMET.
So, if TSH levels PLUMMET, what's the point of ramping up?
Its not like you're trying to make them adapt to the dosage. They're low ALREADY.
You now have to take advantage of the T3's fat-burning
effects before TSH levels PLUMMET even FURTHER.
So this is how i would do:
Days 1,2: 50mcgs
Days 3,4: 75mcgs
Days 5-18: 100 - 125mcgs
And HERE IS THE CRITICAL STAGE:
The SLOW taper. This is CRITICAL so that TSH levels
are allowed to adapt to the dosage so that there is no crash.
Days 19-22 : 125mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
Days 23-26 : 100mcgs
Days 27-30: 75mcgs
Days 31-34: 50mcgs
Now, SUPER-SLOW(TSH will be VERY sensitive to ANY T3 now)
Days 35-41 : 37.5mcgs
Days 42-48 : 25 mcgs
Days 49-56 : 12.5 mcgs
Same principal can be used for lower max.
T3 is always a good topic as some are very scared of thyroid damage, some love it, some hate it.
there is a lot said about T3 but IMHO most unfounded. I can only speak form experience and have had the privialage of having thyroid checks post T3 use and yes it does return to normal. As stated the trick is taper sloooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwlllllllllleeeey so as to let boady readjust. In terms of dosages you will have to see what is right for you. You will know you have an overactive thyroid with bad stomach, ****s etc if so back off dosage until stable.
