Alcohol has lots of bad effects to bodybuilding. Increases oestrogen, dehydration, makes you tired, empty calories. It really is bad.
In my opinion drinking and body building do not mix. That isn't to say all body builders should be T total, just not drink to excess reguarally.
Personally I drink every 6 months or so, if that.
The way I see it is that a drink may only have a little difference, a mars bar may only have a little difference, missing a session may only have a little difference, but all of these little differences make up a big difference which separate the successful body builders from the others.
