Egg Advert Banned (not a balanced diet)

Apparently the old 1950's advert which promoted eggs is not allowed to be shown again in modern times because it does not promote a healthy diet.

http://www.channel4.com/news/articles/uk/famous+egg+ad+banned+in+diet+ruling/566957

Yet Kellogg's and others are promoting their crappy processed carbs.

Although it's been banned from TV, they have a website promoting it instead - http://www.gotoworkonanegg.com/

I just saw that on the news and was thinking the exact same thing. Surely there's adverts out there for worse things than this..

One of the one's that makes me laugh are those "coco-pops Chocolate straws" which they say is a good thing cause it encourages your kids to drink milk!

Can't the kids just have the milk without the junk, sugar filled straws?!

We're doomed, I tell ya. We're doomed! Anyone think that Kellogs and/or Nestlé are behind this?

While theyre at it make sure they ban Special K and Fitnesse cereals, may be low fat but they contain more sugar than Frosties!
