Eggs on a Cut?

Are these not recommended whilst cutting? Say 1 or 2 a day?

Eggs have as much fat as they do protein, personally I think the yoaks are the best part of the egg, so I try and keep the numbers down on a cut

You can eat anything you like when dieting, just some foods will provide more satiety and fewer calories than other foods.

Such as nuts = High in calorie, wont satisfy hunger very much.
Vegetables = Low on calorie, will fill you up with plenty of fibre and "volume".

Just factor them into your diet appropiately. You can always remove yolks when making omletes and scrambled egg, i go for a 5:1 egg white: yolk ratio for scrambled egg personally.

    ^^^agree
eggs are a good source of protein and fat, i eat more of them when im cutting then i do when im bulking. as the fat helps keep me "filled up" for longer.
