Elbow holding me back
I was doing my shoulder routine last night and found my left elbow a problem doing military presses. My shoulder seemed more than able to cope with he weight but I couldn't extend my left elbow, it just didn't seem strong enough. It was okay for the first set but I only managed 6 reps in my second and third sets. And at the end of my routine I found the same problem when doing Iso-Chest presses. I have also noticed it when doing bench presses but never to the extent of last night.
If anyone has any suggestions as to what may be causing this or how I can overcome it they would be greatly appreciated.
