Elbow sleeves and knee wraps

Can any of you experienced guys out there give me an idea of which sleeves and wraps I should use. I want something that will last and I'm looking for a big of extra support to warmth for the joints while training alone. I don't compete any more so it's just for home use.

My mate says don't buy anything other than SBD but has anybody got experience of the below products?

https://www.sbdapparel.com/product/sbd-elbow-sleeve/

https://www.strengthshop.co.uk/strengthshop-double-ply-thor-elbow-sleeves-black.html

https://www.strengthshop.co.uk/strengthshop-hercules-knee-wraps-black.html

The last 2 are my preferred as they are a better price but if somebody here says they are rubbish then I'm thinking of going with the SBD's

Cheers guys

I have a pair of Thor wraps. They are stiff and they fooking hurt!! But your squat goes up!

I don't have elbow sleeves but my SBD knee sleeves are great and will last me for years.

I have just done looking in to this myself. Ended out getting myself some urban lifters knees and 'bows as I could get both for the same price as 1 set of SBDs.... I struggle to accept there are a wide variety of sources and standards for 7mm thick neoprene and you are probably paying extra to help cover what SBD pay for IPF certification (it isn't given for free). I would have gone for strength shop (neoprene) but having never really used decent sleeves before I figured I'd test out the cheaper option then if I liked them but they failed to survive the test of time I could upgrade if I hated them it's not so harsh on the wallet.

I've heard a few good things about Strength shop's thor and hercules ranges too

SBD's are worth the money IMO, best there is.

Neoprene sleeves. All the decent makes (rehabnds, titan, and, metal, slingshot) etc etc) are around the same price and have similar levels of support assuming similar fits. SBD has the best quality that I can tell from wearing and inspecting several others.

However if you want more support than a neoprene sleeve then go for the 'ply' sleeves that strengthshop do. Plus they'll be a lot cheaper! Not sure if other companies do similar styles of sleeve.

Want even more support than knee wraps it is.
