Eleiko or Ivanko

Need some advice. In your considered opinion what is best for rubber weights - Eleiko or Ivanko.

If I was going to purchase a set approx 250kg + bar what would you recommend. Forget metal weights as I am only interested in rubber. Would be used for Oly lifting primarily.

Thanks

eleiko are the mutts nuts, you will pay different prices for competition grade weights (very accurate) and training weights.

Ivanko are also good but i would go with eleiko. you will pay about £300 for a pair of 20kg training plates though!

Eleiko are the most frequently used in olympic lifting. Cassall are popular too. Ivanko may be more prevalent in powerlifting.

If I were spending the green I personally would go for www.irongrip.com

    I would get:

    2 x 50kgs
    4 x 20kgs
    2 x 15kgs
    2 x 10kgs
    4 x 05kgs
    4 x 02.5kgs
    4 x 01.25kgs

    265kgs in total.
