Ello, check out my routine...

Here is my routine (questions are below the routine...)

Day 1 = Upper, Mid, Lower Pecs / Shoulders / Triceps
(sets x reps)
Incline Bench Press _ 5 x 6
Narrow Grip Bench Press _ 5 x 6
Weighted Dips _ 5 x 6

Day 2 = Cardio / Abs
(sets x reps)
Run _ 3-4 miles
Weighted Crunches _ 3 x 15
Weighted Leg Raisers _ 3 x 1 minute
Weighted Alternating Side Sit Ups _ 3 x 15

Day 3 = Cardio
Run _ 3-4 miles

Day 4 = Biceps / ? (I don’t know the names of all the muscles?)
(sets x reps)
Weighted Pull Ups _ 5 x 6
Curls _ 5 x 6
Bent Over Barbell Row _ 5 x 6
Weighted Wide Grip Pull Up (bar behind head) _ 5 x 6

Day 5 = Day 2

Day 6 = Day 3

Day 7 = Start Over


I know I have no leg work outs, but I have sooooo many questions about them that I will leave them out for now and come back to them (I assume I will be able to replace DAY 6 with leg work out, yes?). Anyways, how is my routine?

I am sure I forgot a few important muscle excersises?

How about my reps and sets? I wasn't sure what would be a proper amount, tips?

Will that much cardio affect my muscle growth?

Do I have a long enough rest period? Or maby it is too long and I could shorten it up?

    find a bin
    open the bin
    put this in it

    i cannot find one good thing about it other than the fact you train

    no legs
    poor choice of exercises, order and sets/reps
    no shoulder work
    missing compounds

    etc etc

    plenty of plans at the top of this forum

    Well, I am just goin to have to take that like a man, haha. Well if it is really that bad then I guess the only thing to do is to start over. You said that I should use a plan from the top, I definitely like that idea but I don't have any of that equipment. The only two things I have are a bench (along with bar and weights) and a chin up bar. So it is REALLY hard for me to use any of those plans considering most have dumbells or wierd machines that i don't know much about.
