Enough>??/

Hey guys,

Recently started a new job which means gettin into a precise routine of when to gym etc.

have put all cardio down to a mornin swim while i get used to working.

havent swam in years an im doin 3-4 sessions a week before work for about 30 mins,

is this enough to make a difference as my only cardio in the week?

im currently doing weights in the evenings after work.

Many thanks

Scotty

Depends what your goals are from it?? Fat loss? Fitness? General well being? Etc...

why swimming in particular why not running, cycling, etc.
by the time you have gone to the baths got changed and got in the pool, you could have run out of your front door done an hour run and been showered.
