Epistane doseage times

Hi, just a quick one....

When taking Epistane 30mg ed. Is it best to spread them out throughout the day - 1 Morning, 1 Noon, 1 Evening. Or would it be best to spread them out but take all 3 before my workout so its all in my system when training like Dbol? Thanks

No mate, relatively short half life, so spread them out as best you can.   Also I would think it would be less stress on the liver.

    ^This.

IIRC the half life is 6-8 hours on the epi, so 1 morning, 1 an hour pre workout, 1 evening.

I never seem to get any sort of boost or pump from dosing pre workout so personally take them as evenly spread as possible - such as 6am 12noon and 6pm.
