Evening all

First post on here so just thought i'd say hi and introduce myself. Looking forward to a good year of competing with the British finals in Oct. Just got back from hols and now getting back into it after a few months of missed workouts. The fire is firmly back in my belly and looking for a good result in the intermediates (under 80kgs). Dieting starts in July....Can't wait

Suprisingly little, for bulking I stay clean, for pre contest I use winny and viromone with proviron for 12 weeks. No point in my mind staying juiced up year round. Off season I weigh 12st10lbs and stay the same up until a week out. I find the gear helps me maintain my weight whilst dieting and I always react really well because my system has been clean for 6 months. It works for me and minimises risks to health. I compete in the u80kgs class so I'm not interested in getting any bigger, just refining what I've got. I'm now sponsored by Ultimate Nutrition and they've been really helpful in supplying my whey, glucosamine and glutamine which I live off pre contest. My diet consists of 400g of protein and around 250g of carbs with my fats fairly high right up to the day of the show.
I competed 3 times last year and won all 3 so I'm hoping to continue this success in Oct. I'll keep you all updated as to my progress. Thanks for all your comments, it will be nice to get advice from more poeple; experimentation is key!!!
