Evening cardio for cutting - HIIT or SS?

Hi all.

I am currently cutting in prep for my bodybuilding show and have been doing AM cardio on empty at a steady state.

For a few days coming though I have to be up extra early and so wont be able to do AM cardio on empty. I will be performing my cardio in the evening.

My question is, will it be better for me to do high intensity cardio for a shorter time in the eve, or just keep as I have been doing with steady state (even though I will not be calorie depleted in the eve)?

    Steady state all the way mate, especially with the food that you are eating at the moment, HIIT could be very catabolic for you, especially in the absense of carbs.

    Cheers dude.

    I will do it around 2000rs which will be 2 hrs past my last meal (chicken / brocolli / flax) and 5 hrs past my last carb intake at 1500hrs, rice, chicken, brocolli.

    What will you be eating after the cardio? ? ?

    L-glutamine, chicken and flax (my 9 pm meal with the glutamine added).
