Everyone is telling me to eat heaps but i cant

since im of a smaller build then most most the articles and people are telling me to heap lots and lots to gain. they aslo say to eat after the workout. But after a workout that goes for a half hour im just not hungry.
is it normal not to be hungry?
should I force my self to eat?
can anyone give me tips on how to eat more?

    Then we can see where there is room for improvement/change.

    You don't have to go ahead and double your intake in one shot.. gradually work your way to the desired amount.

    You don't have to wait until you're hungry to eat.

    Have a shake after training.. It's usually easier to stomach over food.

    i used to have the problem of feeling sick and not feeling hungry after training. as the years have gone on i don't get it anymore?? only thing i can advise is wait about 15 mins till you've finished training before drinking you pwo shake so it gives you time for your body to get over what you've just done to it!

    yeah if you have trained really intenely it sometimes can make you feel sick, shakey, weak and almost complete body tramour. However eating whether it be liquid or solid food will result in quicker recovery especially in the few hours post training.

    Whey and glucose PWO works very well at sorting you out as quickly as possible.

    As YIB said work your diet up your not gonna jump from 2000 cals to 5000 in a day, your stomach will give you jip for that!

    Add 500cals every 2 weeks and you'll soon find your body adjusts. Just need to get your metobolism on fire thats all then you'll be disgesting faster and hence making you more hungry. Post up your diet as YIB said, it will help pin point any foods that are making you fuller!

    liquid calories mate

    blended oats with water, + egg for brekkie
    liquid meal
    solid meal
    liquid meal
    solid meal
    final meal

    i also found sauces helped me eat foods, a plate of plain pasta and chicken was always more difficult to eat than a plate with carbonara sauce on it, regadless of hunger

    i currently dont have a diet, i just eat watever is mainly in the cubboard, mostly toast with honey cause im lazy to make stuff, i would get proper food but i have no choice in what my parents buy, I see alot of the good foods to eat is fish? i dont eat seafood lol.

    start buying your own food
    if you are reliant on your parents, be greatful but accept you are limited (which may not even be the case)

    OR

    go out and buy your own
