A girl i know has recently cracked her rib, she's been askin me what exercises she can still do and are there any that mite help it heal better. Only thing i could really think of is swimming as it'd be supported in a way.

There not alot you can do to help them heal apart from not moving around to much so they dont move about.

There something that you just let heal up untill there fine to start exercising again really.
