Exercise question

Is there an alternative to a narrow-grip lat pull down, a wide grip lat pulldown, a incline dumbell curl and a preacher bench barbell curl because i dont have the equipment for these. Also how will a 'leg lift, decline bench' help with my abs? If it dosn't could someone suggest anything better. Sory for all the questions but i need to find out soon because i will be training. thanks

If you dont have the use of a lat pulldown machine or a chin up bar try concentrating on rowing movements-bent over rows, one arm dumbell rows.Normal seated dumbell curls are just as effective as incline dumbell curls.Do regular barbell curls instead of preachers.I only tend to do crunches for abs.
