Exercise question

Is there an alternative to a narrow-grip lat pull down, a wide grip lat pulldown, a incline dumbell curl and a preacher bench barbell curl because i dont have the equipment for these. Also how will a 'leg lift, decline bench' help with my abs? If it dosn't could someone suggest anything better. Sory for all the questions but i need to find out soon because i will be training. thanks

    If you dont have the use of a lat pulldown machine or a chin up bar try concentrating on rowing movements-bent over rows,one arm dumbell rows.Normal seated dumbell curls are just as effective as incline dumbell curls.Do regular barbell curls instead of preachers.I only tend to do crunches for abs.
