Exercises

Hello i was wondering if there is alternative to leg extensions, hamstring leg curl and standing calf raise? I need tom find out as quick as i can because i will be training these muscles today. thanks

    Squat, front squat, lunge

    Stiff Leg DL, GHR, Lunges (squats)

    Seated calf raises.... althou why do you need to replace standing, just put a bar across your back and perform it as you would normally.

    Because it says it needs a machine so is there a alternative without having to use a machine for standing calf raise??

    Prepare as if doing squats, but raise on to your toes..... simple as that.
