FAO Gaz or anyone...
How do fella? You helped me out massively with my diet before, over the weeks have tuned it to look like this. Just wondered if it was along the right lines. Any advice is helpful.....
6.30 Scoop of whey in water
8.00 2 eggs 2 whites, 50g oats in half milk half water
11.00 125g mackerel. Nuts & raisins
1.00 150-200g of chicken, 125g of rice, wholemeal or basmati, veg. 10ml flax.
3.30 Tin of tuna, chopped tomatos, cottage cheese, serving of pasta
6.00 Serving of creatine
7.30 2 scoops of whey
8.30 150 -200g of chicken/steak , 125g of rice or sweet potato and veg, 10ml flax.
11.00 1 scoop whey, 10ml flax. Cottage cheese.
