FAO: Low Carb People - Sauces

Does anyone have any recommendations for low carb salad dressing? I have been using Kraft Light Italian dressing but would like something different. I am also looking for a low carb BBQ sauce.

Would be good if I could pick them up from a supermarket.

Cheers

The light dressings are usually loaded up with carbs. They're light because they have little fat, so be careful.

I use the Newman's Ceaser dressing as the best option. Or the garlic oil....

Definitely! I spent a good 5 minutes looking through them all in Tesco. I really like Mustard and Honey dressing but it was to high in carbs.

Youre going ot have ot make it yourself if you want low carb dressing. Supermarkets here arent geared like the USA is for these things. Then again the USA is one big diet and large portion marketplace so the two usually feed each other with customers!

You could just make your own with three parts olive oil and one part acid- lemon juice or vinegar... no carbs in there....

Low carb usually means high fat, I go with ranch.  Good luck with the low carb BBQ sauce.  When I ran Keto I looked all over for it and couldn't find anything.  Most are loaded with sugar.

    15ml isn't a very large serving.
