Move the whey/water from before training to before bed and swop the water for milk for a slow release. Why no egg yolks in the morning ,are you cutting, thats sucha minor change?

yes better mate, but still a complete lack of fat in the diet, when cutting there is a great opportunity to lower carbs and add fat as stated, im far from the diet guru here, im just a hard b4stard who slams locks on all the threads

Its turning out to be ok this diet. I thought at first its too much food in one day for me! I could go 6hours and not have eaten in the past and still train feeling drained and rather tired. Yesterday was not the greatest start but today has been more balanced. Today I found that I was full when I had eaten but also just before the next meal I could feel I was not hungry but ready to eat. Im starting to come around rather fast to your ways of think guys cheers. I feel great. Lets hope I train great and start stripping the fat!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

yes it would hydroxytrim is a good one, but again, nail diet and you will lose BF% and to beneift from an ECA cardio is also required on top of weight training IMO, which you didnt want to do as i remember

no i agree trent in this case as staed above opportunity for more fat in the diet and carbs here, in this specific situation, IMO are not required
