FAO Toxictoffee

Liked the mass gain diet artical mate, Seems very easy to stick to with those homemade shakes ect. What would your advice be if you wanted to give that diet a try but bring the daily protein up from 265 to around 320g per day. Also i noticed that you would be going through a fair amount of whey each day, Which whey would you recomend as i could see this costing a few bob.

I'm not TT, but perhaps I could help with a quick suggestion

Adding things like low fat cheese or cottage cheese as a side serving to your eggs and meat would help to boost protein, and adding 1/2 a litre or so of soya milk a day in place of the water in your shakes (Except PWO and first thing) would add some good high quality protein and EFAs

I personally would use flavourless and all companies advertised by MT offer great deals

www.bulkpowders.co.uk seem to be offering some good deals at the moment, but I'm not sure on their customer service standards as they are quite new

for the morning knighty is me as that would have been my response

if you wanted choco whey some of the sites sponsors have some good offers on them

you can bump the protein up to suit your goals

few mor eggs in the morning, bit more milk here and there in the shakes

bit more beef or chicken for lunch

so just bump up protein in each meal rather than adding a meal a it were
