Well hello knighty long time no speak I only just seen this well latly its looked like this.
Monday nights Bjj(brazilian ju jitsu)
Tuesday Muay thai boxing
weds Freestyle Jui jitsu
thursday muay thai
friday weights compound movements squats reps low and heavy dead lift bench press shoulder press and i like to add some dips (i do loads of press ups sit ups every week anyway).
Saturday morning is muay thai sparring
Most class's last about 2 hours
I have been trying to do a body part on weights on a morning before work at 7 am but it was too much. I am going to try and run a couple of times a week aswel.
Now alot of clubs will do MMA ( full mixed martial arts ) where u will learn both standup and ground fighting but I love thai boxing and I go to one of the best clubs around.
Its hard trying to do everything u think you need its all about expirimenting I aint done weights for over 8 months until last week and am in the best shape of my life ever i am not strong at weights but try grappling with me lol.
