Have you got your diet spot on?  I don't see any point in taking fat burners unless this is the case.

Is there any point in fat burners in general? I have used ECA previously, under the illusion that it would "burn fat" it doesnt

weights, cardio and diet burns fat, fat burners add minimal difference and you want ahceive much unless they are in order first.

I don't think of ECA as a fat burner- IMHO the industry would be better off to completely lose that concept.

ECA is good as a 'training intensifier'.
I use an ECA to give me an energy boost in the gym, so I work harder, use more energy.
At the moment I am using Diamond Labs ECA 30.
    Does the job.
Caveat being that it is pretty useless unless I am in slight calorific deficit.
]The appetite suppressant elements of ECA are slightly annoying imho, but you just live with it.

I agree with what you are saying, though most people take ECA to help burn fat, in a round about way.

I used it for enegery for cardio sessions, and it gave me plenty of that! I have to say...but makes me feel abit rough, so dont use it anymore

There are no fat burners that you can buy legally that will make any noticeable difference.

    Don't waste your money.

No the metabolic increases are marginal, it's usefullness comes from it's appetite suppressing properties and also feelings of wellbeing, a "buzz" and generally feeling more energetic - which when harnessed can be beneficial in the gym.

Personally, ECA has very little effect on my appetite unfortunately.  Appetite suppression is a great tool for someone trying to lose weight?  Why wouldn't it be?

Kinda disagree here, ive found fat burners do make a difference when you are trying to shift those last few pounds, they dont perform miracles agreed but they do help.

Ive tried sci-mx, that ones a complete waste of time.

Also tried Muscle Asylum Arson, this one is absolutely sick, i found it too strong but it does work, gave me hot & cold flushes, poured with sweat (not a good thing when your at work in an office), did give me the gitters a bit and messed with my sleep, ended up lying in bed awake at 2-3am every morning still wired.

Currently taking grenades and would highly recommend these, for what they cost they are superb value for money.  I only take them now before cardio training, have 1 & a half pills and it gives me bags of energy & makes me sweat loads more.  1 tub has lasted me months and ive still got loads left.  Theyre strong but not so strong that they mess you up.

I think the ECA stack is the best thing out there, but as others have said, diet is key.  One of the main functions of the ECA stack is to cut out your appetite, which it does very well.

when you say you used it for energy i take it you mean energy expenditure due to increased body temp? not energy as in an energy supply like carbs would do?

Eph will raise your metabolism by 2/3% apparantly even though its not a ton of calories every little helps. It should supress your appetite which leads to you eating less, i use it for this purpose and it works a treat, im still eating enough to maintain muscle though, so all good.

Best results I had were from Inferno2 and the best thing was I never got an edgy feeling which is usually associated with these thermos. As for longer term fat loss L-Carnitine does a good job.
