FAT LOSS QUESTIONS...
Hi all
my stats
5ft 9
80kg
approx 14 %bodyfat
Ive been on a diet been 6weeks now eat 1550 cals on non weight training days and 1760cals on weight training days
ive had the diet checked on here
ive been doing 3 days weights and 2 days H.I.I.T and 2 days SSCV
I started my diet with the restricted cals and did not decrease them down but i did add more and more cardio.
its come to appoint where i dont think im losing much fat. ive lost 3kg in 6 weeks recently my shape has not changed...
What can i do help fatloss?
Im thinking of starting Caffine or some suppliment or should i carry on even though i feel theres no progress been made?

Those cals look very low for someone weighing 80kg... you may have gone into starvation mode because you're not eating enough?

How would i know im in starvation mode?
I try to listen to the body and at the moment i would say on the calories im taking my mind and training seems good?
I have once tried reducing the calories and could feel a massive massive difference if i cut 20g carbs out...
Hungry constantly uncontrollably and weak and tired hence ive stuck to the diet im on..
I was looking to add CLA
I have been told im low on fats
For example I take 230g protein 120g carbs 40g fat on training days but recently my weight hasn't moved so thought why add more fats?

If your taking in that little calories would stick to SSCV in order to preserve as much muscle as possible.

Thankz for the advice guys
I do unfueled AM SSCV at about 140BPM 30mins
Should i Try increase this to 40mins?
Reason why ive kept it to 30mins is to try not to lose muscle usually i lose muscle easily but im at weight now that's steady...

SEEMS alittle low 120bpm
This is how i calculated my fat burning zone...
AGE 27 rest heart rate 60
220-27 (193)- 60 = 133
133x65%=86.4 (+60) =146
I try to stick around 140BPM

SSCV doesn't preserve muscle mass. Resistance training with weights does.
Looks to me like you're under-eating & over-exercising. Too few kcals combined with too much cardio = disaster. See
http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat-loss/why-big-caloric-deficits-and-lots-of-activity-can-hurt-fat-loss.html
Lots of cortisol = bye-bye muscles + water retention. Chill!

Where's the Vitamin D3, omega-3 fat and Magnesium?

If you stop stressing over calories, cardio, calculations etc and chill a bit, your serum cortisol will fall and you'll probably get a "whoosh" of loss.
Did I mention that you need to chill a bit?
