FAT WARS: Episode IV - Return of the SUC'KER!

                          
 
EPISODE IV - Return of the SUC'KER!
 
A long time ago in pub and Kebab shop far, far away...
 
An Animal got very,  very large (Jubba large!)
To counter this evil force a rebellion was formed.
 
It is a dark time for the rebellion, the evil lord Darth Consumption
lurks around every corner.
 
In an effort to rid the galaxy of this evil fat, the animal must journey
to the far reaches of space and complete his training to finally emerge a jacked Suc'ker and restore freedom to the Galaxy!

my fourth SUC! I'm the most focused i've been ever been.
 
Goal is to drop fat, while still making slow and steady strength gains on Jim Wendlers 531 program and not get injured... before ive taken 1 step forward, and 2 or 3 back.. this time its all forward.
 
most of my ramblings are in my journal, but ill be logging workouts here too.

having some major issues with my mac, and wont be home tomorow before cut off so had to just blank em! i was going to do YODA but a wooki would have suited me better me thinks..

Sunday: First suc workout done. Food was good and within kcals!

Did some hit at the end and it felt good, need to build up the fitness. Last suc I was doing rediculous amounts of cardio to counter act my unstable diet. But with my diet now being reasonable consistent, in going to slowly build up the cardio into a crescendo of sweat and tears over the next 3 months!. I will monitor and adjust diet and cardio weekly. Lifting will be 3 times a week but may add in a 4th or even 5th day depending on recovery(volume would have to reduce)
