FBS A/S Journal

Ok this will be my 3rd cycle ive ever done, ive been training on and off for 20 years, but only serious for 4 years.I will post my cycle, diet and my training program.
I will try and up date my journal every day though out my a/s cycle.
Stats;
38 years old.
5'9in
220lbs
15-17% B.F
48in chest
34in waist
18in arms
18 1/2in neck
27in thigh
I hope to put on at least 10lbs+

My cycle looks like this;

Week 1-4 androlic 50mg/ed
Week 1 enanthate 1500mg
2-9 750mg
Week 1-2 Eq 800mg
3-8 400mg
Week 7-11 winny 50mg/ed

Clomid 2 weeks after last jab
ive got ante-s on hand.

Ive just did my first jab for this cycle all went well,it was all over from start to finish in 5mins,(it took me 45mins the vary first time i jab myself)lol

    This is what my diet looks like;


    6.30am......Scotts rolled oats...25g Protein
    ............Whey protein drink...40g " "

    8.30am.....Tuna on 3 wholemeal toast...40g protein

    10.30am.....Whey protein drink....40g " "

    11.30am....Chicken breast salad sandwich...30g " "

    12.30pm Energy drink i.e redbull

    1.00pm..............TRAIN

    3.00pm.....Whey protein drink....40g...protein
    ...........Chicken and pasta.....30g..." "

    5.00pm...Protein bar....15g.." "

    7.00pm....Fish (2 mackerel).........50g " "
    ........or 1/2 Chicken
    ....with potatoes or rice or pasta with veg

    9.00pm whey protein drink.....40g..." "

    10.00pm....bed[|)]
    ......................TOTAL PROTEIN 350g

    All of my protein drinks are mixed with milk,i drink at least 6cups of tea a day and at least 1lt of water a day.

    MAY 5th

    i did my second jab today at around 11am, i forgot how hard it is to jab your left glute!! My next 2 jabs will be in my thighs.
    Got to the gym around 1pm, trained my chest and tri's, i think it may be in my mind but i managed to get that extra rep on the bench.

    I will be posting my training routine later today if i get time.

    This is my routine;

    MONDAY

    Bench press 1X20 warm-up, 3X 5,8,10...WEEK 2 D.B'S
    Incline d.b's 4x 6,8,12,12............week 2 barbell
    Pec deck 3x 10,12,12..................week 2 flys

    Tri-supersets
    Pulldowns x skullcrashers 3x 10

    TUESDAY

    Dead lifts 4x 6,8,10,12
    Hammer strenght pulldown 4x 8,10,12,12
    Seated rows 4x 6,8,10,12
    Dumbbell rows 4x 6,8,10,12
    Seated pulldowns v-bar 3x 6,8,10

    THURSDAY

    Shoulder press 4x 4,6,8,10...........week 2 d.b press
    Side laterals 3x 10,10,10
    Rear delt machine 4x6,8,10,12
    Shrugs 3x 10,10,10.................week 2 d.b shrugs

    Bi-supersets
    Dumbbell curl seated x Barbell curl 3x 10

    FRIDAY

    Squats 5x 4,6,8,10.12
    Leg extensions 4x 8,10,12,12

    This routine takes me and my training partner about 1 1/2 hours to complete per day.

    Yes, one of my least favourite areas too mate.

    Your cycle looks good. I also quite like your training plan. Do you not like upright rows? I see a lot of people are not too keen on them, but they've always worked well for me. What are your thoughts?

    I dont mind them at all, i use to do them in my last routine but i felt i needed a change.
    I always change my routine around every 10 to 12 weeks to keep my body(muscles) guesting.IMO your body stops gaining after 10 weeks on one routine and your body gets stale. When i say "stale" i mean when you stop geting DOMS.
    Allso imo you dont have to change the whole routine just one or two movement per body part.

    My diet has been spot on today(early days yet!)i may get another protein drink down me tonight [^]
    Today was back day,i still hate dead lifts it must be my weakest movement, but today i managed 150kg x 10
    If anyone is interested i will post the kg's im doing at the moment.

    MAY 7th /Day3
    Today when i got up my arms felt pumped. It is now the afternoon and ive still got the pump feeling in the arms.
    My diet is still on line, but my appetite seems to be going up,and im drinking more water today.
    Today is my rest day so no training today.

    I did my 3rd jab today in my thigh (right) my first time in the thigh, and i can tell you its a lot more easy than the glute.

    Ive just come off the phone to my training partner is has told me he has got hold of some androlic's, and do i want 50 tabs as he dont need them all.
    "i'll do you a favour and take them off your hands mate"

    So it looks like i will be adding 50mg androlic e/d for the next 4weeks to my cycle.
    Im glad i bought all that milk thistle when it was on offer.

    I will up date my cycle plan to add the androlic.

    MAY 8th/DAY4
    I took my first A-bomb at 6.30am with 525mg of milke thistle i will take another 525mg at 10pm.This will be the way i will take the A-bombs for the next 4 weeks.
    Took another jab in my thigh(right) i do like the old jabs in the thighs.

    Today was shoulders i felt much more powerful today i managed 100kg x 10 reps on my last set of shoulder press.
    Diet is still spot on

    On fridays are the days i will be weighing my self.So today before my leg work out i weighed my self.And.........ive put on 4lbsso now i weigh 224lbs.So with this news i went for it on my leg work out, from start to finish it took me and my training partner 1 hour to complete the work out. It usually takes 1 1/2 hours.

    Tomorrow is my cheat day, look out KFC.

    Today was my cheat day
    Some of the things i eaten was, 2 big macs, 16" pizza, some KFC[^], then at night i went to a night club. I was good at the club i only had 6 pints of O.J. Got home around 4am[|)]

    May 11th/ DAY 7
    I didnt get up untill 1pm, so my diet was a bit behind today.I managed to catch up with it by the end of the night.

    MAY 12th/day 8

    Im getting horny 24/7 this test enan is some good $hit[:p] g/f loves it thinks it all the protein im taking

    Today was chest day all was not good at first, i seemed to stagger though my bench press, i had pain in my arms on my warm up set. So i did 2 more warm up sets to get more blood going.

    My incline d.b was a diffrent story! i managed a p.b on the number of reps on my last set.

    40kg x 6
    45kg x 8
    50kg x 12
    50kg x 14 p.b i use to get around 10 reps then help with the last 2 reps.

    I had to jab 4ml into my glute(right) it was the most ive ever jabed in one go. I had no probs what so ever.

    Diet still spot on

    Back work out today. Had a very good work out.I think i will have to up my starting weights as it seem to easy, on the dead lift i managed 150kg x 10 reps and i think i could get at least 5 more reps out of it.Im beginng to sweat a lot more when i train (or i might be trying harder)lol
    My body feels pumped every day now[^]
    I managed to get over 400g of protien. with the help of some home made protien bars[:p]

    Today is my rest day so no training today.
    I finished work around 1pm today and felt tried so i went back to bed " just for 40mins" at 6.30pm my phone went and woke me up!

    My g/f came around about 8pm so we went out for a meal(Indian)[:p]plus i had a bottle of white wine[}:)]
    So my diet went out the window in the afternoon.

    I messed my jab up today[V] Every thing was fine untill i was administering the gear, it was the turn of my left glute. i thought that all the gear had gone in so i took the needle out only to discover that i had still 1ml still in the needle[:(!] No way was i going to waste it,so i changed the pin and rentered the site about 1/2in away from the original site.

    Today was shoulders,and i did d.b press today.My recovery rate between set is geting shorterAs soon as my training partner had finished his set im ready for my set,and our workouts are around 20min shorter.

    Weigh my self today, im up by 2lb from last weekSo in total ive put on 6lbs in 12 days, Now 226lbs
    At this rate if my maths is right i will but on 28lbs And that would make me 17st 7lb
    Originally i would of been happy with 10lbs, now im looking at 20lbs.

    So far ive had no "sides" the only one ive notice is my sex drive[:p] my g/f is starting to walk like john wayne. lol

    Cheat day tomorrow.[:p][:p][:p]

    Ive had a quite weekend,all i seemed to have done is watch tv, eat and sleep.
    I spoke to my training partner today and he has told me he is going on G/H, and do i want to try it,as i dont know a lot about it ive told him no not this time.Plus the price is a bit too much for me.
    What i will do is if anyone is intrested is post what kind of results he is geting from using G/H. And how much i.u he is using.
    So if anyone is intrested let me know.
