honestly I love the concept of westside. Overall I think it gives you a greater workout being you get constant increases of weight to help you through your trouble spots all the while not sacrificing gains in other spots of your lift.
475lbs x3 - deadlift (belt)
420lbs x3 - squat (belt)
315lbs x2 - bench(wrist wraps) - Prefer dips/pressing
