OK so i think ive got tendinitis in my right forearm, so i'm reluctantly gonna leave any arm involved excercises (except deadlifts, and DB/BB shrugs) till monday which means i miss my chest, triceps & shoulders then see how it is on monday.

Anybody any experience with this condition? Will it keep comin back? Does this mean i have weak tendons? How can i prevent this in the future?

IME, yes it will keep coming back. Its most probably one or two certain exercises that are causing it. For me it is skull crushers and barbell or EZ bar curls.
I now avoid doing these exercises, even though i used love doing skulls !

You'll probably find that it wont go away untill you rest it completely for a week or so.

Personally I think this testicle tenderness is due to my recent return to AM cardio. I do it naked on a recumbent bike and my gonads tend to flop about.
