Failed MOT

Just failed my MOT as both my headlight aims are too low.

Just wondering if anyone knows if this can be fixed by myself or will i need to take it to a garage?

most newer cars have a manuel adjuster in the car, i guess the technician would have tried that already?

    What car do you have?
Commonly there is an adjuster on the head lights to adjust the aim.
This is accessed through a hole that is drilled on the top of the cross member and can be turned with a big screwdriver.
If you park the car about 8ft away from a wall with the headlights on you should see where the aim is currently at.
Adjust it so it is a little higher on both sides and hopefully this will be o.k.
(please note this is not the accurate way to adjust the aim but it works)

Hi Danny. Its a corsa b (95) i've got. But the adjuster thing on the dash doesn't work anymore as it's had "angel eye" headlights installed.
