Fastest Weight Gainer/Protein that actually WORKS?

Hi,

Just finished my Maximuscle Progain alongside with Muscletech Creatine... Honestly saying ive got my diet sorted, stuck at it.. got enough sleep most of times and went thru the creatine + protein with a good training regime.. I gained say maybe 1 kg at tops if that..

I am looking for some direction into the next set of proteins/creatines that i purchase which will deliver fast but decent results!

Let me know your experiences thanks!

it's food and training that makes you grow, mate, not shakes.

Fair enough mate, so once you have your food and trainig sorted and dont see much of a gain - a supplement should do something to drive the weight up abit... ?

no. if you don't see much of a gain, you haven't got your diet and training sorted. in which case shakes will make no difference.

if you're not making gains, why not post up your diet and training routine in the relevant forums for advice?

Over what period of time? A week? A month? A year?

you can only lay a certain amount of muscle down in a given time
its easy to gain weight very quickly

eat or drink calorie dense stuff

the two factors above are completely different issues

Mate if your not gaining you could be doing various things wrong.

    Look at your training routine

    Recovery time

    Total calories taken in.

Get your cals from whole 'healthy' foods, lean meat/grains/nuts/oils etc

if your not ganing on 3000 cals, bump up to 3400 for a few weeks then have a weigh in.

    Consistancy is the key

I dont CLAIM to be a bodybuilder I AIM to be a bodybuilder!
