Mate if your not gaining you could be doing various things wrong.
Look at your training routine
Total calories taken in.
Get your cals from whole 'healthy' foods, lean meat/grains/nuts/oils etc
if your not ganing on 3000 cals, bump up to 3400 for a few weeks then have a weigh in.
Consistancy is the key
