Fat Ratio

I've done a search on this forum but couldn't find the ideal fat ratio consumption for pols/mons/sats.

Anyone know?

it varies on goals mate and lifestyle. If youre a labourer youre going to need more carbs, if youre sedentary you need more fats than carbs etc etc. What are you looking to do

As a baseline, 60-70 grams of fats is generally considered a 'good' intake of fats.

Source your fats from PUFAs and MUFAs, try and limit intake of trans fats and saturated fats, although a little saturated fats can be beneficial in the diet.
