Fat loss

Currently 14st 5"11 20% bodyfat and on clen. Obviously would like to cut as much as possible. Can someone please tell me does HIIT burn away your muscle? I was thinking of doing this twice a week and fat brun twice a week as well

    this can be debatable, read some of the other threads regarding hiit...basically hiit is good but it depends on the rest of ur training, just make sure u get ur protein in and muscle loss will not be as great, but okk look at a sprinters body and a long distance runner, the sprinter uses hiit.....understand wut im trying to point out??? if ur well fueled, then muscleloss will be kept to a minimum...so have something pre and post workout...treat it like a weights session....hope this helps a bit

    i am personally never sure what to do aswell. i am trying to bulk up and so am really paraniod about losing muscle through cv. I limit myself to 2/3 cardio sessions. I do the old fashioned 65%hr max for 30-45mins. but to be honest,i think that, like youngitalienbabe says, as long as you are eating enough protein, either way works.
