Fat to less fat 2015
I've been overweight for YEARS, for the last few years I have been(at least in my own opinion) very Revolting
, at the biggest a shade over 16stone, at 5'7" its very noticeable, confidence shot and all the other stuff that go's with being over weight, depression, lack of motivation etc.
TBH I'd probably stayed at that size and just wishing I looked like sly stalone if nothing else had changed, but last year I decided that enough was enough and it was time for a few changes so I enrolled as a mature student, living in halls of residence, with a gym on site, and the nearest kebab shop is 5 miles away. I just stocked up on Diet Whey, bought a new pair of trainers and started off going to the gym twice a week in September. I've lost 1 & half stone since September and want to lose(and keep it off) another 4, bringing me to my ideal weight of 11. Im now upto 5 sessions of cardio a week.
I've noticed that my confidence is better, mental attitude is better, stamina is improving, all I have to do now is wait, the diets in place, and the hours at the gym are now a foregone conclusion, the commitment and determination are all in place.

Nutrition I'm consuming about 1800 Kcal made up of;
1x MR Shakes @ 8-30
1x Portions of fruit @ 10-30
1X MR Shake @ 12-30
1x Portions of fruit @ 3pm
1x Evening meal between 5&7.30 PM(depending what shift cycle I am on)
of Casserole & Mash or dumplings- (Normally chicken) or Jacket Potato & Tuna Mayo if its been nippy outside, chicken or Tuna couscous/Pasta salad if its mild enough that I don't want hot food.
Hydration is normally:
1x Pre Workout(No-Xplode) made with sugar free squash for flavour
between 750ml or 1500ml water during the workout
750ml of Dioralite & Squash post Workout
1Ltr of coffee or 1Ltr of water throughout the work day and at least another pint of water or herbal tea in the evening I have a pint mug and normally make at least one trip to the fridge or kettle, so that is normally more.
Ideally I could cut down on my tea/coffee and squash intake and just go for water, but I wouldn't be able to take enough in, as it is I've cut out almost all of the nasty **** from my diet.
