hey everyone... ok so here i start.Im a 5 feet 9 girl,im 19 years old,i weight about 150-160 lbs and im desperate.Ok to start off with,i dont know where to start,who to see and what to do to loose all that i have gained.Last summer i lost about 50 ponds running every morning...But then i got engaged to an iatlian guy whos family makes yummy but very fatning stuff... and here i am slowly gaining back again... its winter time and running kinda lost its purpose and i dont feel like doing that anymore.. i have no clue whats good for me to eat or not in my case...My b-f is on here daily,and we have a big set of weights in the garage that he uses... but i just look at it and truelly dont know where to start.I have to loose the cellulite and the fat that acumulates around my thighs and ass... Help!! To top it off,i reallllyyy have big bones.. i know ill never be perfect but i need to loose it!!!

    Hi and welcome to MT

    You'll need to sort your diet out. Italian food is very yummie I have to agree but you may need to send word out what you are doing around the family.

    Cardio - about 3-4 times a week.

    If you havent used the weights before just ask your bf to show you how to use them. A good split is a three day split; mon - back/bis, wed - chest/tris, fri - legs shoulders. Dont be afraid to use them either - they wont turn you into a female arnie overnight. They will help not hinder your progress

    Oh btw - you cannot spot reduce the fat, you will have to work it all over
