Favourite Tuna recipe

Ive just made this an its absolutely lovely, but Im starting to get fed up with it. Does anybody have any other Tuna recipes to share...

Tuna Burgers
1 can tuna (in springwater)
1 egg white
1 Tbs grated onion
1 Tbs pancake mix (low fat if possible)
pepper

Drain the tuna and put it into a bowl. Pour in the pancake mix and the egg white. Add pepper and mix thoroughly. Then form the mixture into a patty.

Heat a non stick frying pan. Place the patty onto the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown.

Then add loads of vinegar...lovely..[:p]

tried your recipe but i, modified it slightly

3 egg whites two cans of tuna, and bbq sauce

mix in a bowl, then just whack em under a george foreman grilling machine!!! or a grill in burger shapes!

bbq sauce works really really well just adds some top flavouring!

Sounds nice, does it get rid of that vile tuna taste though? I remember getting some tuna burgers from Asda and they tasted like crap.
