Feeling overtrained, now in PCT, what to do?

Just come off a 6 week cycle and now on PCT. I feel crap, weak and think Im suffering from over training, for the last 6 weeks, Ive been intensely training muscles directly twice a week, now Im on PCT, I feel a bit rubbish. My diet is pretty strict too as Im cutting and today is the first day Ive ever said, sh1t, I really cant be bothered today.

I still went in though for an hour, but I might give it a rest for the rest of the week.

Right, so my question is, now that I feel that this way, can I still take a week off in the first week of PCT without losing too much of my gains? My cycle was a cutter with cardio and cal deficit diet too.

O.k. , maybe try increasing your cals a bit , It`s very hard on your system to do a PCT and be cutting at the same time .
Better to take a little longer over losing the fat than losing your muscle gains .

Or option 3 in your poll

I think the intensity of traning shoudl be the same but voule halved or so.

It's also not end of the world to take 5 days off or so.

eat eat eat eat eat! rest alot! eat eat eat some more LOL overtraining can make you feel exhausted and like sh1t some times so during pct Id eat like a PIG and rest more. train lightly in my opinion, especially if your cycle has been INTENSE...ok my 2 cents. feel free to ignore my advice, just an opinion anyway LOL

I still reckon its all about cutting volume but keeping intensity. Even if you go 30 min twice a week but make sure you hurt the muscle its fine.

But eating as figgy said is all important...probably no1.

And I reckon taking a week of once every 12 weeks anyway is a good thign...why not slot it in there?

It depends a lot how you feel. After my short cycles (2-4 weekerS) I felt great the week after...and also a couple of weeks after. Never really got hit during pct...doign short cycles.
