Feta cheese

My GF's asked me to enquire about the benefits of Feta cheese. She's seen it re-occuring in these diet you see laid out in these girls mags like Closer and the like

Is it low in fat or something? I remeber last time i had it it tasted quite watery!

    Not that i can remember.

    It's quite high in fat like most cheeses, saturated fats i believe.

    its like most hard chesses i think (quite high in saturates)

    Tastes great though with olives and salad and oil dressing

    ok cheers guys. Shes (i'm glad to say) keeping off fad diets at the moment and i've now actually managed to get her eating salmon, omlettes (occasionally), and she's started making smoothies with oats, milk, strwaberries, banana, and...................
