I work on a ship for 5 weeks at a time and I am trying to nail my diet as much as I can down on here, it isnt going to be perfect but if i can tweak it optimumly, I dont eat desserts, take sugar etc
I have to eat what is cooked but I have access to fruit, wholemeal bread and cereals, I dont have a blender. I do have a big tub of protein.
I'm on the midnight to midday shift and train after my shift, about 1330-1400.
I'm bulking at the mo'
Generally try and eat whatever lean meat there is with some rice and veg.
0300 Shake with 1.5 or 3.5% milk and a yogurt piece of fruit
0530 Breakfast, generally scramble egg (non egg white), some (4) bits of wholewheat toast (there is on offer: Baked beans, white sticky rice, bacon, other s**** which I dont eat)
0900 Shake with 1.5 or 3.5% milk and a yogurt piece of fruit
1200 Lunch again whatever meat there is with some rice, salad, veg, fruit for dessert.
1500: PWO Shake with yog, banana etc.
