Fiber Supplement?

Hi guys,

Can anyone recommend me a great fibre supplement? Can you get any others with soluble and insoluble too? I looked on BB Warehouse and all they seem to have is Fiberlyze which I know is a good product but it is £21.99 for 360 grams.

Any other ideas?

Thanks

You could just eat fruit and vegetables? Wholemeal versions of your starchy carbohydrates?

I can't imagine many people needing a fibre supplement unless they really struggle to consume enough, too much fibre is actually not great for testosterone levels either so don't go fibre mad! :)

Just got my order from Myprotein. Incredible delivery! Ordered Saturday night and had it monday afternoon. I ordered, the psyllium husk, apple and Creatine too. Only disappointment was no small scoop included at all! I have no idea how much to use. I went back onto the listing and saw it says its no included but wasn't really obvious.
I can either buy one now for 39p + postage or just use a teaspoon. How much is a small 2.5g scoop equivalent too? Heaped or level teaspoon?
    Cheers.

Just to follow up...MyProtein emailed me back in less than 15 minute saying they would send me one in the post. Can't ask for better than that! A+

Still need to know how much is a small 2.5g scoop equivalent too? Heaped or level teaspoon?
