ROUTINE 1) 3 day split
MON-LEGS
BACK SQUATS
FRONT SQUATS
SLDL
CALF RAISES
FARMER WALK
WEDNESDAY-PUSH
FLAT BENCH
D/B SHOULDER PRESS
DIPS
D/B SKULL CRUSHERS
FRIDAY-PULL
CHINS
DEADS
B/B ROWS
B/B CURLS

ROUTINE 2) 4 DAY SPLIT
DAY 1
CHINS
DEADS
B/B ROWS
B/B CURLS
HAMMER CURLS
DAY 2
BENCH PRESS
DIPS
CLOSE BENCH
D/B SKULL CRUSHERS
AB WORK
DAY 3
SQAUTS
FRONT SQUATS
SLDL
CALF RAISES
FARMERS WALK
DAY 4
D/B SHOULDER PRESS
REAR LATERALS
SIDE LATERAL
D/B SHRUGS
Im not sure what routine 2 use im looking to gain size and strength im gona keep my reps on the low side.Im gona be using gear while im doing 1 of these routine so thinking that i might benefit a bit more from the 4 day but i also like training 3 day with cardio inbetween.What do u guys think of the routines?????Do u think i should make any changes???????And which 1 do u think i should use????

    Not gona go above 8 reps,most are gona be 3x6 and thinking of doing 4x3 on the big 3.Im also thinking that if i do that 1 i need 2 add an extra chest exercise??????

    i would personally go for the second one if your wanting to bulk.
