First Cycle - P-Mag

First cycle - background-
 
27 years of age, almost 28; training solidly for 3 years.
5ft 11.5", currently weigh about 12 stone 4lbs (78kg); I reckon I'm about 20% bodyfat, give or take.
 
5 rep maxes are:
 
Bench Press - 87.5kg (I have 3 rep max at 90kg)
Overhead press - 60kg
Squat - 147.5kg
Deadlift - 180kg
 
Routine is a variation of Wendlers 'Boring But Big' and is in effect an upper / lower split (twice for each, sometimes an additional session on the weekend).
 
On Cycle
AI Cycle Support
Hawthorne Berry - 500mg (loaded up the last two weeks with a gram)
P-Mag - first two weeks at 70mg and then increase to 105mg? Or start at 105mg? Open to suggestions
 
PCT
Tamoxifen / Gennox - 20/20/10/10
Lean Xtreme
Bioforge
Maybe DAA if it's necessary?
 
My routine is normally a mix of 5x5 with 5x10; I'm going to scrap the 5x5 and just go for 5x10 on everything.
Is it worth including cardio or just give that a miss until the PCT?

Decide what you want. Do you want to be leaner? If so there are other things out there better to aid you than Pmag. If you want to get bigger, something I wouldn't do at your current bf% then Pmag is a good first cycle.

If you bulk now you will not be happy with the result and will look to cut straight away. Bye bye any gains.

Swap Pmag for Halo and do a 6-8 week cut. You should be able to drop a shed load of body fat in that time. In pct you can then eat at maintanence or slightly more to keep any muscle gain. Stay lean for a few months then hit Pmag as a second cycle for mass.

I might be overestimating my bodyfat p/c; I'll post pictures later on when I can.
 
I was just going to bulk to 13 stone to be honest and just bite the bullet: get a bit doughy but put on mass, which I've done previously without the aid of any steroid; but I'll defer to your knowledge. Yes, I would like to get leaner; I did cut in November and pretty much most of December and I still wasn't 'lean'.
 
I've already bought P-Mag, but I'll buy Halo for Saturday - what brand would you recommend that's available? Dragon Nutrition doesn't seem to have any at the moment.

I'd love to cut and get leaner; I've never really managed to fully achieve that goal. Posting my pics on BB Forum the advice was to cut, so I think I'll just defer to them and you. What dosage would you recommend for H-Drol? 50mg for two weeks then 75mg? 
 
Diet wise eat at maintenance? or go for deficit?

As stated above, at your height and weight you should have other goals. your BF% is roughly what you say. either cut, or sort your diet to gain some lean mass, PHs will be a waste. You're not ready to be honest. I know it is tempting, but you don't have the basics down and you will lose anything you gain from the cycle. definitely don't ''bulk'', the idea of dirty bulking has kinda died off, all you will do is gain more fat.
And yes, cardio is your friend, you should be doing more.

Thanks for your input. I was putting on about 0.3 - 0.5 lbs a week during the course of January & February (and last summer when I was 'bulking') - that's typically how I bulk nowadays, I don't do the whole 'dirty' bulking, 1 pound a week malarky. I used to when I didn't know better and it's really ****ed up my progress if I'm honest.
 
But okay I'll defer to your advice, I was originally going to cut for March and April anyway and then slow bulk (0.3 lbs a week) for the summer until October at which time, at hopefully around 13/14 p/c bodyfat, I was going to do a cycle of P-Mag. I think that's what I'll do now.
 
Sound like a plan?

yes, it does. at your height buddy, you have a fair bit to go with natural gains before you need to consider roids. do as you outlined above, then make an honest assessment of where you are at before starting pmag.
