First cycle - background-
27 years of age, almost 28; training solidly for 3 years.
5ft 11.5", currently weigh about 12 stone 4lbs (78kg); I reckon I'm about 20% bodyfat, give or take. 5 rep maxes are:
Bench Press - 87.5kg (I have 3 rep max at 90kg)
Overhead press - 60kg
Squat - 147.5kg
Deadlift - 180kg
Routine is a variation of Wendlers 'Boring But Big' and is in effect an upper / lower split (twice for each, sometimes an additional session on the weekend). On Cycle

Hawthorne Berry - 500mg (loaded up the last two weeks with a gram)
P-Mag - first two weeks at 70mg and then increase to 105mg? Or start at 105mg? Open to suggestions PCT
Tamoxifen / Gennox - 20/20/10/10
Maybe DAA if it's necessary?
My routine is normally a mix of 5x5 with 5x10; I'm going to scrap the 5x5 and just go for 5x10 on everything.
Is it worth including cardio or just give that a miss until the PCT?
