First Test E Cycle Plan. Let's do this!

What's up guys, 
 
Gonna be starting my Test E cycle, below is the plan layout.
 
Stats:
Age 35  Height  5'11  Weight  75kg
 
Previous cycle include 11 oxo which I did this summer to help me while cutting. Nice non methelated compound, I wouldn't choose pro hormones when I can get my hands on proper gear however 11 oxo is the exception. This cycle was 7 weeks with nice hardening results, started at 300mgs a day and went up to 600. Test booster as PCT, Animal TEST & the sickest test booster I've used so far, Core Alpha. 
 
This year I've been trimming down, 2013 was a bulking year, was around 85 - 90kg. Now I'm at 75kg, I can see my abs and have a much nicer defined drier look, my diet is clean, I've recently brought cheat meals back once a week but will cut them out during cycle.
 
Always been actively involved in sport and the gym recreationally. Since I joined the gym again 5 years ago I've been a lot more dedicated to body building.
 
My aim for this cycle is to build lean mass, so a lean clean bulk, so looking at around 3500 clean calories a day. 
 
Week 1 - 10  - Test E Mon & Thurs + HCG 500 iu a week (Saturday mornings?) + Arimidex 0.25mg EOD. Will adjust as necessary.   
 
Week 11 - 12 - Nothing while test clears system
 
Week 13 - 16 - PCT - Nolva 40/40/40/40 (or is it best at 40/40/20/20 ?)  Clomid 50/50/50
 
Got Pure Cycle Support I'll be running too. Other supps include: Universal Animal Pak (multivitamin), Amino Acids, Cod Liver Oil,Whey Protein. May also add creatine and a lean mass gainer (universal real gains) to help with reaching calorie intake. 
 
Starting this bad boy tomorrow so if any one wants to share any thoughts please feel free as your suggestions will be appreciated.

    What mg per ml is the test?
     
    Looks ok to me but i'd run it for 12 weeks and swop Adex for Nolva and use if needed..pct week 14 Nolva @ 60mg day one 40mg next 10 days 20mg next 10 days.

    Just an update on this, I actually started this cycle 3 weeks ago ( towards end Jan) in oppose to when I first started the thread as work got too busy and hectic towards end of year to be able to dedicate necessary time to gym. 
     
    So far haven't really seen much, did the first pin of my 3rd week yesterday, 2nd pin will be Tuesday. I'm pinning Sat and Tues instead of Mon and Fri, makes it more convenient  for me. Also do 500iu HCG every Sat which I started with very 1st pin. 
     
    Been doing arimidex 0.25 EOD, I know some people say leave it unless you need it but I don't have time for estrogen issues and would rather keep it in check from day 1. 
     
    Pinning in the quads only, nice and easy, see what I'm doing, much less sore after first pin. 
     
    A little extra strength gains and pumps have been nice but nothing major yet. Was thinking of adding maybe some Anavar towards end if needed for that hard rippedness, also heard good things about Stano Drol in regards to hardening but I don't think it can step to var. Plus I can easily get my hands on proper gear so a pro hormone might be unnecessary even if it is a non methyl.  
     
    Got a question tho, when I aspirate I haven't drew blood as such, like when u get a blood test, but there have been 1 or 2 little droplets which I'm sure aren't an issue as it's to be expected right? 
     
    Also if you were to draw blood to the point where u feel it could be in a vein, do you bin and waste that whole vial of test in the injection or just inject the blood out and pin the remaining test in another intramuscular spot? I also take it that you change the needle too in that same scenario right?

    1.Quads are my fav. site to inject, always less hassle for me.
     
     2. I wouldnt worry about a speck of blood. (probably hit a blood vessel rather than a vein)
     
    3. No I wouldn`t bin it , I would change the pin and inject again.

    Did my 2nd injection of my 3rd week last night, always feel a little nervous at first but once it's done it's all good.

    Felt and looked a little pumped this morning, got some comments from peeps at work and in the gym tonight. I can't notice that much of a difference but it seems to be more apparent to others. There is a nice lil pumpness tho which is nice.

    Did back today, went h.a.m in the gym and strength gains were noticeably up, from what I've read week 5 seems to be when it starts to kick in. I'm taking pics so will upload at some point.

    I've also started taking universal nutrition creapure creatine, all in all so far so good.

    I feel vibrant with energy, not that I didn't before but recently I've only been getting around 6 hours sleep but I wake up feeling fresh and ready like I've had a good 8 -10. Naturally libido is even higher now also.

    Tomorrow is leg day so will do another update.

    Shoulders day today, looked fuller and the pumps are starting to get serious.

    My diet is a lean bulk, Between 2700 - 3500 calories. I know my body well and go by how I feel and what I see in the mirror. Last week 3000 plus calories just made me feel bloated and out of shape, dropping it to around 2500 -2700 was much more like it, once I feel it's time to up the calories and feel everything's just being shuttled to the muscles then I'll increase it further and as high as poss without accumulating too much fat.

    My protein intake ranges from around approx 200 - 230 grams just from direct protein sources alone like meat and my shakes, its not including all the lentils I eat and other foods such as broccoli, yogurt etc....

    My meals are pretty bland but I'm not bothered, as long as the results taste good I'm happy. My breakfast is either porridge with 100 gold whey or universals real gains, my meals are usually veg with lentils / rice and chicken / fish, and I have that about 3 - 5 times a day.

    I back around 2 - 3 ON 100 gold whey shakes, a real gains shake as a snack middle of day, post work out shake is trec nutrition hard mass mixed with my creatine.

    Rest day tommorow, over the weekend will be legs and arms and I'll update on the progress.

    Update so far, did legs with arms on Sunday, strength is up a bit, the pumps were crazy. See some changes in physique specially in chest and shoulders, prob do some circuit training today as means of cardio. Will keep updating.

    sounds like your cycle is going quite nice after your typical slow start w/ a long ester. I would look into a peptide called Triptorelin. its a one time shot for your pct. Even though the boys should still be at full size or better you will have a pretty low count to sustain the muscle made. just research this substance (also called GnRH). I also feel pct and between cycles this is a great time to try out some growth peptides, they are super legit ime.

    I am a big fan of GHRP`S and GHRH`s.
    One needs to practice caution with the LHRH Triptorelin, it is critical to dose it correctly .
    Do some research on it before considering use.

    Ahh ok cool, will research into it, I've heard of it cos I've done a lot of research in peptides like the ghrp2 which I was thinking of jumping on a while back.

    I'll defo have another look into it in more detail.

    As for cycle updates, did some pressups and bodyweight lunges on Tuesday at mine cos didn't get to make it to the gym.

    Yesterday did shoulders and traps, today was chest and biceps.

    The pumps today were ridiculous, got a few comments, couple people who know I'm on cycle have noticed the difference. Strength gains are still gradual though.

    Not going gym tomorrow but over weekend will be back and triceps and legs day.

    Will keep updating.

    Had Friday and Sat off. Saturday was the first pin of week 5, was gonna do legs and triceps but did legs with some shoulders instead today, still feel soar from the chest and biceps workout on Thursday.

    Everything in regards to size and strength is still very gradual.

    Had half a serving of universals real gains for breakfast mixed with universals creapure creatine ( 342 calories, 34 grams of protein) as well as a bowl of porridge (around 300 calories).

    2 hours later had a banana and half a cup of porridge with my animal pak.

    Hit the gym.

    Post workout shake is trec nutrition hard mass mixed with creatine (around 300 calories, 42 grams of protein)

    An hour and a half later had chicken thighs with rice and lentils ( around 500 calories, 30 grams protein )

    so hungry i had the same again as above an hour later.

    And I'm about to go for round 3 now but without the rice, just chicken and lentils as I'm going sleep soon.

    seriously considering adding some anavar to the cycle. I can get the 10mg ones which are as close to the real original.

    Did first pin of week 6 today, as well as hcg.
    Today was Legs day, again everything is still very gradual in terms of size and strength. So far it's more of a nice recomp with shape then straight up size and bulk.

    Deciding on whether I should add some var or tbol to the mix. The purpose of this cycle is lean bulk so some may recommend tbol, however since the test is already a bulking compound I was thinking maybe the var would be the better choice as the strength gains will come in handy and its also supposed to be very good at hardening u up.

    Any suggestions will be welcomed.

    Not sure about the Var or tbol, I put a dbol kicker in my cycle week 1-4 @40 mg ed, massive gains and size I was more than happy

    Yeah the Dbol will put on some size, tbol is similar but with dry gains. Im gonna keep it simple and just add some anavar for the hardness and vascularity factor as well as the strength gains.

    Did back and traps today, the shape is coming along nice and very good pumps.
