First Time N.O Xplode Use

Today was my first day of using N.O Xplode.
After about 20mins of taking it i started to feel realy motivated (how much of this is psycological, i dont know).
It definatly seemed to help me when i was benching, i went for more reps than i can normally do.
I only took one scoop with nearly a pint of water.
It says on the label: Once your tolerance has been asswssed mix 1-3 scoops.
I weight 11stone 8. (I was on a diet to loose my beer belly and its worked, lost nearly a stone)
Im 22

I have found out I was suposed to be taking much more protien intake, so ive now started to have more of my shakes through the day and more tuna. I was told around the 150g of protein. Is this correct?
Any one know if I should/can be taking more? Or weather to stick on one scoop.

    Alrite m8, welcome. Some people take 1g-1.5g per lbs of bodyweight of protien a day, some take more a day. IMO try get ur protein from food, tho Whey protein shakes r good, exspecialy after a workout because whey has a high protein, absorbtion rate, higher than most foods there for it's a good choice for PWO. Haven't tryed NO Xplode b4, IMOwould say its more psycological if its ur first day.i get this every time i try somefin new. Try it for a week or so, then u could up the scoopage if u wanna, its up 2 u tho m8.

    Thanks mate. Im defo gona up my protien intake. More so with the whey powder (approx 36g per serving) but also with tins of tuna.

    Loads of ways to up your protein intake have a look at the various artciles on the articles links above. BTW Protein rich= eggs, chicken, turkey, red meat, oily fish such as sardines/mackeral, salmon, red meat, peanut butter etc etc. However you need carbs/fat also to grow. Have alook at the articles.

    Thanks again for some good advice. I try eat a lot of tuna, straight out the can, each day. but enjoy chicken and turkey. I also have peanut butter on wholemeal pitta bread as a snack.

    I still think im gona have to eat a lot more to get aroud the 150g a day mark.
