First Time N.O Xplode Use
Today was my first day of using N.O Xplode.
After about 20mins of taking it i started to feel realy motivated (how much of this is psycological, i dont know).
It definatly seemed to help me when i was benching, i went for more reps than i can normally do.
I only took one scoop with nearly a pint of water.
It says on the label: Once your tolerance has been asswssed mix 1-3 scoops.
I weight 11stone 8. (I was on a diet to loose my beer belly and its worked, lost nearly a stone)
I have found out I was suposed to be taking much more protien intake, so ive now started to have more of my shakes through the day and more tuna. I was told around the 150g of protein. Is this correct?
Any one know if I should/can be taking more? Or weather to stick on one scoop.
