First cycle- advice please.
I would appreciate some advice from anyone with good past experience regarding a first cycle.
I have been training for approx 3 years, the last year has been more committed.
Train 3 times a week with a split routine, at least an hour usually with 10-15 mins cardio to finish off.
I'm 5.8" and weigh approx 12-12.5 on any given day. Really couldn't tell you my fat ratio. I'm in fairly good shape with weight only around the gut.
I generally stick to a good diet.
Eat alot of fresh meat- Chicken, Steak. Oats, Brocolli, sprouts, fish, cottage cheese etc. Only supp I take is Whey from My Protein.
I have recently finished a 2 month course of Cissus-Drol, which I had good results from.
I do like to have a drink (hence the gut), but have cut right down and maybe only once a weekend at the mo.
I am also taking Propecia at the moment (with very good results thankfully).
I'm pretty much taught myself with regarding to building as all my mates are heavy into going out and drinking, so I would be very grateful for any advice or recommendations. I have done alot of research on line, but there so many options and brands to choose from. I was considering SuperDrol from bodybuilding warehouse?
