First cycle

Hi guys just looking for a bit of input from experienced users. Finally decided to do my first cycle, spent past 2-2 and half years reading up about different steroids, injection techniques etc. Been training hard for 2-3 years, completely natural, Im a rugby league player-prop forward/second row and gym instructor. I work out in the gym 4 times a week covering the different body parts and rugby train twice a week and also thinking of starting Thai boxing, been following a strict diet for past year and noticed good muscle and strength gains. Strength-wise i think im at my natural peak, been struggling to get stronger over the last few months, varied my routine etc all to no success really im just struggling to put size on and increase strength despite feasting like a king to be honest haha. Following research and discussions with relatives and friends who use anabolic steroids I've decided to give it a go and try a cycle out. Im 5'9, 15 stone, approx 15% b.f. I wanna add quite a lot of mass but as little water retention as possible and maybe if possible cut up abit. Was thinking of a cycle including Testosterone E-500mg a week for 12 weeks but didn't know if i should add another steroid with that in the cycle and also I'm struggling with the pct side, i know about nolvadex and clomid etc and using them to stop gyno, testicular atrophy etc but i don't know how to add them in, when? how much? etc. Hope some-one can give me some advice, would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi fella,

    Test-E 500mg per week is spot on, you may wish to kick start your cycle with 4 weeks of Dbol at the begining as well. Regarding PCT you may wish to consider HCG as well. there are quite a few articles on PCT in the article section and im pretty sure there are some stickies, so have a quick read through the articles so you can understand what they do and how they work rather then just taking it :) Any qesutions let me know.

    How is taking a/s gunna affect what you said in your post

    ie Im a rugby league player-prop forward/second row, and the thai boxing thing.ie will you not get tested if you do rugby league

    Too me mate your a lucky git lol if you have time to do rugby train twice a week and weights 4 times a week and you are think of doing thai boxing too. You not got a job lol

    I struggle coz of work and having a kid just too get 4 weights seshs in

    no you don't get tested playing amateur rugby league wouldn't be surprised if half the professional players were taking 'em anyway. I train in the gym early in the morning before work and have rugby training on midweek nights but thinking of dropping one of those rugby session for a session of thai boxing a week as I've heard the fitness aspects of it as well as agility and balance etc are excellent

    you cant do both mate add a lot of mass and cut.
     
    12 weeks of test e is a good start you could also use 30mg of dbol in there for the first 4 weeks.
     
    water is down to diet but adex 1mg e3d will help with bloat and control estrogen to stop gyno.

    My first cycle was a short one and no PCT due to me rushing into things.

    8 Weeks of Sustanon 500mg every week (jabbing monday and friday)

    I would say

    Weeks 1 - 12 - 500mg sustanon EW
    And if you wanted to;
    Weeks 1 - 4 - Dianabol 20mg ED

    PCT To start 21 days after last injection (Clomid)

    Day 1: 150mg 
    day 2-11: 100mg 
    day 12-21: 50mg
