First post. Returning to training tomorrow. Delt exercises?

Regularly trained from 18- 25 4/5 days a week, then I got married, hah!
Now I'm returning to training as it was always a good outlet for me and right now I need one.

The only real problem I have is Delts; no matter what I do, my delts are always undefined and undersized and more importantly weak compared to the rest of my torso, which fills out and strengthens without too much effort.

Bent over rows have helped some in the past, but due to having my left collar bone all ****ed up, I have a severe bias, so Ideally I need something I can do side at a time.

All help is appreciated.  Cheers!

Everyone has a weak point in their physique...Mine's upper arms. All you can do is persevere and keep trying.

Exercises you can do one side at a time for delts-

Alternate overhead dumbbell press, one arm laterals, leaning side laterals

I'll go check them out. Ta.

No, no rotator work, as I don't recognise any of those.  More to look in to. Cheers!
