First session after off Week
So i started my routine after taking a weekoff adn not really doing anything gym related, did 2 cardio sessions due to extreme bordem but thats about it.
My Body is killing me in a good way though.
Chest and Bi's went really well, but nutrition wasnt up top snuff made food real quick and it wasnt enough, so i sputtered at the end of chest, topped out at 265 for 3 :(. I started a new chest routine which is good but the rest of teh routine would like a re work

Deads 355x1 335x1 315x1
Wide grip medium grip close grip 1x220lbs pull downs
bent over rows 175x1 185x1 195x1
reverse flies 3x 35lbs dumbbells
Skulls 125x3 maybe heavier
Dips 265x2 250x1
ext or reverse pull downs.
Military press 225x2 if i can
side raises(i dont know what to call them) 3x 35/40 dumb
rear delts 3 sets
front raises 3x 60 dumb
Legs is legs press and calves they are big enough cant fit into pants.
