First time Cutting.
Started a bulk in january, gained nearly 2 stone which is mainly muscle, but slacked off and i've dropped 7lb, strength has gone down a bit too.
Atm I'm 12st 2-4lbs, 5ft 10 and around 15-18% bodyfat.
My diet at the moment is roughly as follows ( just eating normal, not on a bulk)
Breakfast:
4 slices of toast with cereal or bowl of oats.
Lunch:
Chicken sandwich/ Chicken tikka subway with cheese
Dinner:
Rump Steak with chips or Chicken tikka pitta with chips
Snacks: Yoghurts,crisps now and again, cereal, cheese on toast.
Looking to get down to around 10% bf or lower, just to look a little cut within about 6-8 weeks without losing too much muscle/strength.
Gonna start doing half hour's cardio in the mornings, half hour to 45 minutes at the gym, also gonna try to cycle to the gym.
Is it better to do cardio before or after a workout? I've heard mixed reviews of both.
If anyone can help me more on the diet side, with some pointers on cardio etc aswell, it'd be very helpful.
