First time

Im a 41 yo male with a bit of arthritis and finding it harder and harder each year to keep myself in good shape. Now im facing a Physical fitness test and i need a boost to get me up to standard. im not trying to get real big but id like to trim down and running is my biggest problem. Any ideas.

    are you asking how to lose body fat and increase cardio vascular?

    Yes, running has been my biggest problem I just can't do it long enough to reach my goal before my hips and knees hurt to much. I've been athletic all my life and I guess its caught up to me but im not ready to quite. Im looking for supplements that will increase strength and stamina and support bone and joints
