First timer

hi all i found this site on the hunt for some info on steroids

ive always been a skinny lanky fooker an inch short of 6 foot and 9 stone when soaking wet after talking this through with a mate he recommended i take a course or 2 of sus and deca 1 jab of each a week with 25mg of oral oxy a day i started this on his recomendation last friday and am now feeling rather sore all over not pain but more like dead muscle (i.e. dead leg) in the back and kneck can any one confirm if this is a good combo and the prefered eating diet for a complete newbie im only looking to get to my recomended wheight of about 12 n half stone thanks in advance

    Then your diet/training/rest (or all three) are lacking. Using steroids will not alter this fact - for example they will not make up for a piss poor diet. Without the basics nailed - you're wasting your time and cash.

    Is he nuts? He'd be no mate of mine if he recommended to me that I use steroids with the stats you've quoted above.

    As said, diet is something you should have nailed long, long before you even start to think about steroids.

    thanks for the harsh but true words i thought as much myself diet really isnt a problem now its not as if i dont eat i eat quite a bit i blame the drug fueled partys a few years ago prolly from the age of 15-20ish was a ravin loony thurs-sun no eating no sleeping the mate advised that this was the reason id basically fecked my metobalism and advised that the roids would sort it out anyhow thanks for the advice not harsh just true regards

    Diet is essential mate. If your looking to gain about 3 stone to reach your "recommended" weight (12 stone) your eating habits should be your first concern. Remember 12 stone for a 6 footer is an average recommendation; at the end of the day it's your individual genetics that will determine your natural weight not a GP's weight chart!

    Personally I don't think the cycle you've referred to is right for you mate. Look at these links and spend more time on this form before commiting yourself to the/any cycle:

    www.muscletalk.co.uk/article-beginners-steroids-faq.asp (basic intro to AS)

    Also visit the diet and nutrition forum here at MT and search "bulking". You might also visit the MT beginners training forum. If you decide to use AS and you're prepared to inject you might consider Test Enan @ 500mg p/w - 2 * 250mg shots per week. If you're looking at an oral you might consider 30mg Dbol e/d for 6 weeks. Remember you will also need Nolvadex and/or Clomid for your PCT in either case.

    As Partyboy said DIET is the key mate. Followed by training AND resting! AS shouldn't be used until you've altered these and researched more!

    BTW, how old are you? I strongly urge you to avaoid AS if you're under 21.

    OK mate, so you're definately old enough!

    I still recommend you check the Diet and Nutrition forum out, after all it's not just WHEN you eat but WHAT you eat.

    In terms of a first bulking cycle mate, as I said above, consider Dbol (as an oral) or Test Enan if you're prepared to injcet. PCT is also essential mate if you wanna maintain any gains made while on cycle. In most instances Nolva and/or Clomid should suffice but the doses and in take frequency may differ depending on your cycle. Do some more research and read the links I posted above first!

    As a complete newbie I wouldn't even suggest a cycle as you are far too inexperienced just now to be using steroids. If I was you get your diet sorted out first and foremost. Get a good bulking routine and train like this until you have gained as much as naturaly possible before even thinking about steroids. I have been lifting since I was about 12-13 years old I am now 25 and just staring to take steroids. Steroids are not a quick fix answer to your problems, if you don't have your diet and routine in order the steroids would be useless anyway.

    Hey mate, welcome aboard. I can certainly see your reasoning for looking at the gear, it's really frustrating being skinny and not gaining. But like everybody is saying the real answer is in your diet and training.

    Get that sorted and you will start gaining and maybe revisit the idea of gear later.
